Position: Interactive Flash Developer

Rate: $75,000 – $85,000
Job Description:
Our client is one of the fastest growing marketing software and service companies in the world. They are looking for an Interactive Flash Developer to join their team.
Principle duties and responsibilities:
- Develop modular interfaces and custom classes, clean code, using design patterns and OOP, to enable faster programming and improved process for other team members
- Collaborate with team members on information architecture, interaction design and general best practices
- Work with other teams to program rapid prototypes of Flash based interfaces when necessary
- Give support to the design team on more complex interactive projects
Required Skills:
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and self-awareness are essential
- High level Flash and ActionScript experience
- Programming using OOP
- Excellence and passion for web technologies and personal drive to make meaningful change
- Self starter who has an ability to work with minimum direction
- HTML5 a plus
- Java, Jquery, JavaScript, a plus
Education:
- Bachelors in Computer Science — must be able to provide AS samples of complex classes or packages, and Flash files
