Need online Flash demo programmer (anywhere)

We need a Flash programmer freelancer that has done online demos similar to these:

We will provide the concept, copy, most of the photography and some of the other graphic elements. We would probably hire the voiceover talent (let us know if you have a good source)

We want somebody that can contribute other graphics, some designed from scratch and some can be web icons that can be purchased. We like to work in a collaborative way, with graphic and animation ideas coming from you as well as us. We’ll discuss price based on length and complexity.
