Description:
<br>
The position requires the candidate to build rich web experiences and the ability to multitask within project timelines.
<br>
Projects include developing web site creative comps, wireframes, rich multimedia, e-mail campaigns, interactive flash demos, image editing, site support, and browser compliant web based landing pages.
<br>

<br>
Responsibilities:
<br>
* Designs and develop new content per customer requirements that are consistent with corporate branding guidelines
<br>
* Code, test and troubleshoot website pages using HTML, CSS, and Javascript
<br>
* Seek out opportunities to implement UI improvements
<br>
* Assist in development of promotional assets, print material, prototypes and UA testing
<br>
* Collaborate with back-end developers in site production and development
<br>
* Design and develop a range of projects from custom landing pages
<br>
* Produce and maintain leading edge web-based items, emails and dynamic banners
<br>
* Maintain high coding/design standards and best practices while exercising quality control on all aspects of development
<br>
* Developing mockups in Photoshop and/or Wireframes for new applications to help validate the design and conduct usability testing prior to development
<br>

Requirements:
<br>
* 3 – 4 years designing highly usable, elegant, clean interfaces
<br>
* A Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design or a related field
<br>
* Experience creating detailed wireframes, flowcharts, and interaction design specifications
<br>
* Knowledge of site usability, layout and design principles.
<br>
* Detailed understanding of color, space, and typography.
<br>
* Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility
<br>
* Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, CSS and InDesign.
<br>

<br>
Additional Skills:
<br>
* Basic knowledge of Actionscript.
<br>
* Recommend & implement website updates
<br>
* Provide accurate hourly time estimates for new web projects
<br>

* Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, Quicktime, WMV, FLV, Flash/ActionScript, HTML, AJAX, CSS, JavaScript, XHTML
