Job Description:

Our Client is a rich media agency downtown that is in need of an entry level technical account manager.

This is someone who knows AS 2.0 like the back of her/his hand – who is hand’s on.

You will be:

troubleshooting other people’s AS 2.0 code

And you will be Client-facing:

i.e. talk about technology to Client teams.

In this role you should be the perfect hybrid:

able to talk-the-talk in regards to development (especially in regards to Flash programming)

** and **

be able to communicate with a client with ease and manage an account

Ideal candidates should feel very comfortable in managing client’s objectives, understanding and communicating of technical requirements, make technical recommendations, manage budgets and timelines, provide strategic insight, etc.

We are hiring top level Flash/Flex developers to help build our next set of Facebook games. We are looking for creative, experienced and motivated Flash/Flex developers to join our team!

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Challenge Games is looking for a talented Flash/Flex developer with experience in online, web, and social networking games. You will be responsible for the rapid development of high quality ActionScript 3 and Object Oriented game code. You should be a strong team player, detail oriented, and able to take high level concepts and turn them into reality via accurate estimates and high quality implementation. This is NOT an art or UI position – this is a programming position. Please do not apply if you are a CS4 animator or timeline based developer.

Additional experience with software design patterns, Flex 4/Flashbuilder, CSS, PHP, Javascript or skinning UI using Flex is a plus. Comparable experience in other RIA languages such as Silverlight would be considered depending on experience level. This is not an entry level position.

ALSO HELPFUL: Substantial interest in playing online games, especially on Facebook or other social networking sites (Pogo, Yahoo! Games, Real Networks). Interest in CCG games such as Magic: The Gathering, WoW: Trading Card Game, or similar games is also a plus.
