The position will require experience organizing and overseeing the production of interactive content. We are looking for people who are creative problem solvers. You must be organized, self-motivated, and must have an exceptional level of attention-todetail.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assuring projects are organized and running efficiently. This includes taking accurate notes, creating documentation, and working with clients on deliverables. RESPONSIBILITIES

•You must be motivated and driven

•Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision

•Coordinate with, and organize multiple vendors

•Obtain and organize assets from clients

•Obtain quotes from vendors

•Test interactive projects for errors

•Participate in client and internal meetings and document and distribute meeting decisions and action items

•Maintain and update project plans and schedules

•Communicate with clients and vendors via phone and email

•Write professional letters to vendors and clients

•Manage small projects and maintain a schedule for the designers and programmers assigned to the project

•Work on multiple projects and tasks concurrently

•Update Project Managers and other team members of progress on assorted tasks

REQUIRED SKILLS

•Bachelor’s Degree or higher

•Expert level experience with interactive media and assets

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Excellent multi-tasking abilities

GAME COMMUNITY CUSTOMER SERVICE

looking for an Online Game Community Representative to act as our key representative within our online game communities. This person will serve a vital role in customer service, community communication, and community management. The ideal candidate is someone that is trustworthy, positive, patient, professional, motivated, and is an avid online multiplayer game enthusiast.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be our primary representative within our online game communities. You will also handle order processing and customer service duties.

• You will spend time interacting with the game communities in forums and chat rooms

• You will identify game players that are heavy contributors and appoint them moderator and other special duties

• You will help to identify game issues and opportunities and report them to the development team

• You will help to test and provide feedback on new game features and content

• You will answer emails, take customer phone inquiries, and analyze and verify suspicious orders

• You will investigate possible fraud and cheating and make recommendations on user bans, order cancellations, and community policy changes

• You will provide suggestions and feedback on ways to improve community satisfaction

REQUIRED SKILLS

• You must have extensive experience playing online multiplayer games

• You must have prior customer service experience

• You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

• You must be well organized and have the ability to work in a fast-growing environment
