Match.com, the online dating website that has lead to more dates, relationships and marriages than any other, is looking for an Interactive Designer (Actionscript, Flash), whose primary responsibility will be to develop and design dynamic Match.com online advertising campaigns. In addition, this individual will work closely with the Marketing team to produce iterative banner sets, brainstorm concepts and customize landing pages. This role will also support the North America creative team in creating emails and site page updates when needed.

Ideal candidates will have a desire to grow and learn from other great interactive designers. Strong knowledge of Actionscript 2.0, Flash animation, Flash file optimization, dynamic interactivity, design and a desire to deliver on key performance metrics are all a must.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of banner ad campaigns from concept to delivery
<br>
<br>
• Creation of iterative banners sets, emails and landing pages
<br>
<br>
• Ability to execute ideas via Actionscipt 2.0 in a deadline driven environment
<br>
<br>
• Work with external sources (such as ad servers and publishers) to incorporate dynamic content into ad units
<br>
<br>
• Generate creative concepts from initial idea creation through design development using Photoshop to finished Flash animation
<br>
<br>
• Drive new creative development based on past results and analytics
<br>
<br>
• Provide design and execution for web pages, web page elements, interactive banners, HTML emails, site promotions, partner channels, print collateral and other site features/enhancements
<br>
<br>
• Promote Match.com’s creative culture through sharing ideas, inspiring creative thinking and sharing in the team’s determination to execute dynamic interactive work

Requirements:

• 2-3 years relevant industry experience as an interactive flash developer and designer
<br>
<br>
• Strong knowledge of Actionscript 2.0 & 3.0
<br>
<br>
• Knowledge of key design programs (Photoshop & Flash) on PC/Mac platforms
<br>
<br>
• Basic understanding of information architecture and its application in UI Design
<br>
<br>
• Working knowledge of how to translate wireframes into design
<br>
<br>
• Organized with great time management ability
<br>
<br>
• Confident and capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously
<br>
<br>
• Bachelor’s degree in design related study, as well as excitement for our brand
